| Yoga Class Schedule
At Community of Hearts Yoga we offer a variety of levels of classes from Intro to Advanced Yoga, as well as kids yoga. We will be offering pre Fall classes at a special rate of $15/class (including HST) the week of Aug 29th to allow individuals an opportunity to try out yoga, as well as to allow existing students to get a jump on the fall session. The pre Fall classes wil be a mixed level and held; Tuesday Aug 31st 10:00 - 11:30am and 5:30 - 7:00pm, and Wed Sept 1st 10:00 - 11:30am and 6:00 - 7:30pm. Pre-registration is required by phone or email. Our Fall 2010 session will commence Monday Sept 13. See below for a list of classes and times. NEW students are welcome to join after a session begins, provided space is available. The session fee will be pro-rated for new students accordingly. Drop-in students must pre-register by email or call 519 880.9339. |
